ASAP Tickets review – My agent Kian did upset me by...
My agent Kian did upset me by telling me the trip I booked was no longer available, but we worked together to find an alternative which is acceptable. I was very angry but we left as friends and if I need to again, I will call him in the future as he did try hard and rectified the error of the other booking so I forgave him.
