Felisia S. was very helpful and friendly. She asked about my plans and was genuinely interested. She found me the perfect day to fly and return at a good cost. Even when we got disconnected, she returned my call and even sent emails afterwards reaching to find out about booking my flight which was important to me, and I liked the reach out back to me with emails. She should be awarded handsomely, and given a raise. Because of her, I would use ASAPtickets in the future. Goodluck.
